The main factor to get a high ranking in SERP and a good number of visitors is fresh contents. The more you can post new contents a week, the more Google loves your blog.

However, it is tiresome to update your blog seven day a week by yourself. Besides that, the motive to make a lot of posts in a limited time could result to poor quality post.

That’s why it is a good idea to make your own blogging team. Make a blog and find 5 blogger to manage it. Assign each member to post at least 2 post a week. Having frequently updated blog, I am sure Google and other search engine would visit your blog frequently.

Sometimes it is a hard task to find webmasters to exchange link. However, if each of your members have their own blog, then you can put the link of the main blog in each members’ blog in order to pass link juice to the main blog.
