Although the space given is quite small that is 500 MB, I do not think this is a problem for a new blog or website.

Back to the topic, RM23 per .biz domain sure is cheap because .biz is in the same category as .com. If you have hosting already, just buy the domain (without hosting) and propagate it to your web hosting server.
