Private Hoster Network has many plans but the plan that make me interested is their students plan. Being available for student only, student can get a web hosting for RM60. Furthermore, Private Hoster give 3 add on domains for this plan. To save budget, you can share with your friends and this mean you only need to pay RM15 per year for hosting.

Although the space given is quite small that is 500 MB, I do not think this is a problem for a new blog or website.

Besides that, you can choose either to pay monthly or yearly. It is good to pay monthly first to test the web hosting in terms of speed and  uptime. And if you satisfied, you can pay yearly.
